Associations and institutions are welcome to apply to become members of the ALCC.
ALCC Libraries and Archives Copyright Training is happening in December online.
This training aims to arm librarians and archivists with the knowledge and skills to tackle copyright in their institutions. From document delivery to open access, we cover it all and take questions from the floor.
Two webinars will cover our usual Copyright Essentials training. This webinar will cover sources of licences, common licensing terms and licensing best practice and major exceptions including fair dealing and library and archive exceptions. The other webinar will cover the foundations of copyright. Additionally we are running a free webinar focused on the proposed Copyright access reforms. Participants can register for one, two or all three sessions.
The session will take place 1–2:30 pm AEDT/12:30–2:00 pm ACDT/12–1:30 AEST/11:30 am–1 pm ACST/10 am–12:30 pm AWST.
More information, including the program for the session and ticket options, are available on Humanitix.
