Associations and institutions are welcome to apply to become members of the ALCC.
ALCC Libraries and Archives Copyright Training is happening in November online.
This training aims to arm librarians and archivists with the knowledge and skills to tackle copyright in their institutions. From document delivery to open access, we cover it all and take questions from the floor.
Two webinars will cover our usual Copyright Essentials training. This webinar will cover the foundations of copyright. A run through of the basics: What is copyright? What is protected by copyright? What rights make up copyright? What is the duration of copyright? The other webinar will cover copyright licences and exceptions. Additionally we are running a free webinar focused on the proposed Copyright access reforms. Participants can register for one, two or all three sessions.
The session will take place 1–2:30 pm AEDT/12:30–2:00 pm ACDT/12–1:30 AEST/11:30 am–1 pm ACST/10 am–12:30 pm AWST.
More information, including the program for the session and ticket options, are available on Humanitix.
